SATS

No Pulse

SATS, the Nordics' largest fitness chain, books over 300,000 classes a week through its app. Only 1 in 4 people know enough first aid to help in a life-threatening situation, so SATS used that habit to close the gap: a bookable group class, No Pulse, that teaches life-saving first aid in an engaging, exhausting workout format.

SATS is the Nordics' largest fitness chain.

Heart failure is the second leading cause of death in the region, yet only 1 in 4 people are prepared to respond with essential first aid. Despite a strong desire to learn, many people simply don't find the time to follow through on life-saving training.

Every week, SATS members book over 300,000 classes through the SATS app. To make first aid more accessible, and to show that SATS takes health seriously, we made it possible to book a brand-new group class: No Pulse.

28 sessions were set up across four countries, where members learned life-saving first aid in an engaging (and exhausting) way. 840 members took part, every session was fully booked, over 1,000 members joined the waitlist, and 98% of participants said they would take the class again.
